Important Notices

• Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day, night, or early morning before the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation to follow the staff’s instructions.
• Since there will be no waiting space at SCARTS, you cannot wait near nor inside the venue. Please come to the venue no earlier than the opening time.
• If you have symptoms such as a fever or cough, please consult with a medical institution before visiting the venue.
• Please notify the nearest staff member as soon as possible in case of such circumstances: theft, lost properties, injury, sickness, etc.
• The venue is expected to be very crowded. When with small children, please make sure to stay together. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
• Please do not cut in line by meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line. You cannot secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. If you must leave the line due to unavoidable reasons (such as using the bathroom or health conditions), please tell people around you that you will come back later.
• There are no changing rooms for cosplayers at the venue. Also, please refrain from changing in public facilities.
• Eating, drinking and smoking inside the venue is limited to designated spaces. Also, please refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages inside SCARTS, Factory Hall, Zepp Sapporo, and Sound Lab mole.
• Please do not occupy public areas with your belongings.
• You cannot take home with you any item exhibited or displayed at the venue without permission.
• We are not responsible for any disputes among visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
• To prevent accidents and ensure smooth entry for participants, please follow the staff’s instructions. Please note that participants who are considered to be in violation of the rules may be refused to enter the venue, or the event may be cancelled.
• Please refrain from bringing large luggage such as suitcases inside SCARTS, Sapporo Factory Hall, Zepp Sapporo, and Sound Lab mole.

• All your belongings including valuable items should be kept and managed by yourself.

  *Please be aware that the number of coin lockers in the venue is limited.

  *Shipping service is not available.

• The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents, place etc. modified subject to various circumstances such as weather.
• Media coverage, filming for TV programs, recording of images etc. will take place at the venue. Please be aware that you or any person present at the venue may appear on those recorded images.
• There may be sections where taking photos and recording video are not allowed depending on the venue and the content. Please follow the signage at each venue as well as the staff's instructions.
• Bringing large equipment such as large monopods, tripods, stepladders, telephoto lenses, etc. into the venue is not allowed. (except registered news media)
• Please refrain from bringing raw leeks into the venue.

About the official merchandise sales

• Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may be sold out.
• Because we do not accept replacement and return of goods other than for defective items, please check carefully which item you are purchasing. Please contact staff about defective items.
• At Factory Hall, West 11th Street, and Zepp Sapporo venues’ "SNOW MIKU 2019" merchandise sections, credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB / AMEX / CUP) can also be used (you cannot use electronic money).
• For each company booth and other vending sites: please check with each booth about using a credit card when purchasing items.
• At Zepp Sapporo, please note that the merchandise sales corner will be temporarily closed before doors open. After that, the section is available only for those with concert tickets.
• Prices of the items sold outside the venues may be different from those shown on the official site.
• Please note that the content of merchandise sales may be changed without any prior notice.

About purchase quantity limitation

• The number of items to be purchased will be limited as detailed below, for items sold at "SNOW MIKU 2019" official vending sites (West 11th Street, Factory Hall, Zepp Sapporo). Thank you for your understanding.

• The purchase of each item is limited to 5 items per purchase.

  *However, for "Snow Miku 2019 Glowstick", "SNOW MIKU 2019 Full Graphic LIVE Happi", "SNOW MIKU 2019 Snow Amulet", only up to 2 of each item will be allowed per purchase.

• For other exhibitor booths and shops selling merchandise in Sapporo Factory and SCARTS, please contact each booth / shop about purchase quantity limitations.
• The above quantity restrictions may change without advance notice. For details, please refer to the guide available at the location, and the "SNOW MIKU" official Twitter.

General rules

• Taking pictures and recording video in the hall are strictly forbidden.
• Behaviors such as jumping, standing on your seat, etc. are prohibited as they may cause inconvenience to people around you.
• Use of a special glow sticks, flashlights, devices using a battery, a light bulb, light-emitting material or LED is prohibited inside the venue, as detailed below.

"SNOW MIKU LIVE! 2019" at Zepp Sapporo

• A line will be formed 30 minutes before opening time, according to numbered tickets. Please line up following the staff's instructions.
• Re-entry is prohibited.
• If you are holding a U18 seat ticket, please be sure to bring an identification card (student card / insurance card / other certificate) that can confirm the age of the target person is under 18 years old. Without proper confirmation, admission may be refused.
• For U-18 seats and group seats (second floor seats) only, admission of preschool children is free (up to 1 child sitting on caretaker's lap). However, if you want to use a seat at the venue, you will need a ticket. Please be sure to bring a certificate such as an insurance card as we may ask to verify the age of the child.

"Snow White Stage" at Sound Lab mole

• A line will be formed 15 minutes before opening time, according to numbered tickets. Please line up following the staff's instructions.
• You are free to leave/re-enter the venue during the show.
• Credit cards are not accepted at the merchandise sales corner.
