Notices:

  • Products on sale will be in limited quantity. Please be aware that some products may be sold out.
  • Please note that we will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of merchandise items unless there is a defect on the product. For returns, bring the receipt from purchase and ask a staff member at the merchandise booth. Please be aware that if it has been a long time since purchase, or if the purchase was made at a different location, returns may not be honored.
  • For merchandise bought online, please inquire at the online store.
  • Please note that exchange or returns will not be accepted for damaged or stained packages, product mounts or wrappings.
  • Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
  • Line may be ticketed to avoid congestions. Please follow all staff instructions.

  • Sapporo Mitsukoshi venue accepts the following cashless payment methonds:

  • ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Merchandise Venue is not operated by Sapporo Mitsukoshi. For inquiries, please check the HMV&BOOKS online web site.
  • Some Sapporo Mitsukoshi services are not available at the ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Merchandise Venue.
  • The ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Merchandise Venue purchases and ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" × ""MITSUKOSHI"" collaboration merchandise purchases have separate check out registers inside the venue.
  • The ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Merchandise Venue merchandise and ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" × ""MITSUKOSHI"" collaboration merchandise cannot be purchased together.
  • Early entry is only on Feb. 4th (Sun.) and Feb. 10th (Sat.).
  • Video filming is not allowed.
  • The The ""SNOW MIKU 2024"" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Merchandise Venue merchandise are not included as Marui Imai Sapporo and Sapporo Mitsukoshi tax-free purchases.

  • Early entry will begin entry at 9:00 AM.
  • For customers arriving after 9:45 AM, please enter through the normal entryway at 10 AM.
  • Please refrain from waiting or taking space from early in the morning.

  • "SNOW MIKU 2024" × "MITSUKOSHI" collaboration venue, "SNOW MIKU 2024" Sapporo Mitsukoshi Official Merchandise Venue will both have early entry at the same time and schedule. Please be aware that there will be separate lines for each venue.

Purchase limits

  • Merchandise purchases are limited to 5 of each item per person per purchase.
    However, the following items are exceptions.
