Basic Notices
- To avoid accidents, confusion, and disease transmission, and to ensure smooth entrance for all people, please follow the instructions from staff. If you could not follow staff instructions or the rules, you might be refused to enter the venue or the event could be cancelled.
- Please do not cut in line or secure a spot in line by leaving your luggage. Meeting up with a friend or acquaintance already in line is prohibited. When you are leaving for using the bathroom or due to indisposition, make sure to inform people around you.
- Please do not leave small children unattended. Announcements for individual calls cannot be made at the venue.
- If you are feeling sick (have symptoms of a possible infectious disease), please refrain from attending the event.
- Please pay attention to your health condition, and if you feel sick, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
- In the event that one of your belongings has been stolen or lost, or if you suffer an injury, please inform the nearest staff member as soon as possible.
- Please handle your personal belongings and valuable items at your own responsibility.
- Do not run, or stare at your smartphone while you walk in the venue to avoid unexpected accidents.
- Do not bring large luggage that could inconvenience other people.
- Do not open your luggage or otherwise monopolize public spaces.
- Do not take home exhibition and advertising materials.
- Please refrain from bringing raw leeks to the venue.
- There will be photo shootings, video recordings, and media interviews at each venue. Please understand that there is a possibility that you might be visible in a media-published photo or video.
- We are not responsible for any disputes amongst visitors. In such cases, please consult between each participant.
- The event may be cancelled, postponed, or have its contents and location changed subject to various circumstances such as weather conditions.
- There are no public restrooms inside the SNOW MIKU venue at Wing Bay Otaru. Please use the public restrooms of the Wing Bay Otaru facility outside of the SNOW MIKU venue.
- Please refrain from lining up and standing by the venue on the day or night before the event.
Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Transmission Prevention Guidelines
Before the Event
Installation of the COVID-19 Contact App (COCOA)

Please install the COVID-19 Contact App recommended by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
In the case that the attendee cannot install the app, they may be asked to fill in a form instead.
Physical Condition before Arriving
- Please measure your body temperature before leaving for the venue, and attend only if your temperature reads below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
- If you have a preexisting condition or are pregnant, please consult with a physician before coming to the venue.

About Masks
- You will be refused entry if you are not wearing a mask. Even if you remove the mask for drinking water, please put the mask back on as soon as you are done.
- Please wear a mask not just at the venue, but on the way to the venue and on the way home as well.
- Please be sure to have a spare mask ready in case you lose or cannot use your current mask.
Registering for COVID-19 Contact Tracing Systems
- Please register to the Hokkaido COVID-19 contact tracing system.
- Please register upon entering the Wing Bay Otaru venue and the Sapporo TV Tower venue. You will need to register with each venue per day of attendance.
- QR codes for registration will be displayed at the entrances of the Wing Bay Otaru venue and the Sapporo TV Tower venue.
- The QR code is for this event only. Please note it is different from the venue's standard QR code.
- You may be asked for confirmation of registration upon entry. In case you do not comply, you may be refused entry.
Temperature Readings At Venue Entrance
- Please comply with body temperature checks at the live venue and exhibition hall entrances.
- Please measure your body temperature before leaving for the venue, and attend only if your temperature reads below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
Disinfection
- Please use the disinfectant provided at the live venue and exhibition hall entrances, as well as after using the bathrooms of either venue.
- Disinfectant will be provided at various locations within the venues. Please cooperate and clean your hands.
- High-traffic areas with hand contact will be routinely cleaned and disinfected.
Waiting Line / Inside the Venue
- Please hold distance between each other while in line.
- Please socially distance even when in line as a party (except for parents with children).
- Please refrain from speaking loudly or shouting while inside or outside of the venue.
- Staff may intervene in situations where social distance is not being maintained or there are otherwise high risks of transmission.
- Please refrain from distributing/trading goods at the venue.
- If you refuse to comply with staff guidance, you may be asked to leave the venue or refused entry. You will not be refunded for any tickets in this case.
- Entry may be limited when the venue capacity has been reached.
Leaving the Venue
- When leaving the venue, please use the designated exits or follow staff instructions.
Smoking
- Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas.
- For details on the status of smoking areas, please see the facilities' official websites.
- There are no designated smoking areas within the SNOW MIKU venue. Please use the designated smoking areas in the facilities outside of the venues.
Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside of both event venues.
Cosplay
- Cosplaying is prohibited both inside and outside of the venue.
- Staff may approach attendees who are in outfits which can be seen as cosplay.
Gift Flowers/Presents
- We will not be accepting gift flowers during the event regardless of whether it is from a company or from an individual.
- We can not accept gifts for performers, exhibitors, staff (including creators) during the event.
Event Operation
Ventilation
- The venue will be constantly ventilated by its air conditioning system.
- The venue doors will occasionally be opened to allow for air circulation. Please be sure you are wearing clothes that can handle temperature differences.
Emergency Medical Services
- On the day of the event, if you are injured or feel ill, please inform the nearest staff member.
Event Staff
- Event staff will always wear a mask, and depending on their position may wear face shields and gloves as well.
- All staff and performers will maintain their health and comply with body temperature checks upon entry. Any staff members with a fever or any other symptoms will not take their stations.
Personal Information
- Attendees' personal information may be shared with government institutions. Gathered information will be held for about a month after the event, and then discarded.

Changes, Cancellations/Postponements
- If there are any mandates by local or federal governments to refrain from holding the event, the event may be postponed or canceled. Regardless of government mandates, depending on the spread of the disease the event may be postponed, canceled, or have its contents changed.
There are many more regulations this year than in previous events, and we will work diligently to prevent the spread of infection. We ask for each and every attendees' cooperation and understanding.
